Personalized Welcome to our Home Burlap Garden Flag
Looking for a Personalized Welcome Flag for yourself, a new couple or a new homeowner? This one is a perfect Welcome flag that allows for customization to make it truly yours! This Burlap Garden Flag measures 12 inches wide by approximately 18 inches long. It fits perfectly on most standard size garden flag holders (not included). The flag will feature a one-side design using sparkling glitter material that loves to pick up the sunlight. This is a custom design from Dainty Diva Bows that features the words Welcome to our Home and then the personalization options of an Established Date (main listing photo) or the enhanced personalization of a Family Name and Established Date (second photo). This one makes a GREAT Housewarming Gift or Gift from a Realtor to their Buyer to Welcome them to their new Home!
**PERSONALIZATION INSTRUCTIONS**
When ordering, please select which variation your prefer. Once you've added your selection to the shopping cart, you should see a COMMENTS box at check-out. Please include in this box the ESTABLISHED YEAR you would like us to use. If you have selected the FAMILY NAME and YEAR option, please include both the name and year you would like us to use. Please check your information carefully to ensure spelling and date are correct, as we will print exactly as shown in the comments box. For instance, if you've select Name and Year, if you enter The Smiths and 1990, we will write THE SMITHS for the family name and Established 1990 for the date. Please note that we will only include both Name and Year if you have selected this enhanced option.
**ABOUT OUR GARDEN FLAGS**
Our flags feature one-sided designs. Our designs are hand designed by us and are unique to our store. This flag is made with burlap and has a plastic coated back to ensure all weather wear. The flag is a garden size and measures approximately 12 inches wide by 18 inches tall. It will fit on most standard garden flag holders. Due to the plastic coated backing, the flag design is only placed on the front of the flag. Flags are made for outdoor use however some fading may occur with prolonged direct sunlight.
**PROCESSING**
All items are handmade at the time of order. Please review our Processing Time listed as this is the time it takes for us to make your order and prepare it for shipping. The processing time does not include the time it takes for the US Postal Service to ship your order.
**SHIPPING**
All items are shipped by US Postal Services. Items default for First Class Shipping, but Priority is available as an upgrade. Please note, choosing Priority Shipping only changes your shipping service provided by US Postal Services, but does not change the Processing Time we need to create your item. All shipping will include tracking so you can follow your order from the time it leaves our studio until it arrives at your home.
