Shipping policy

I ship all of my items via US Postal Service, unless otherwise requested by the customer. All items generally ship First Class as a default. Our listings also offer the option to upgrade to Priority Shipping or Express Shipping. Regardless of your shipping choice, all of my items will ship with tracking and delivery confirmation. Please note the upgrading to Priority or Express shipping only changes the class of shipping service - this does not change our processing times to create your handmade items.

I package all of my items with care and use high quality packaging materials. Each item purchased is individually wrapped with care. Once the shipped has left my studio for shipping, I cannot be held responsible for postal service errors or delivery issues. If you would like to purchase Insurance for delivery, I will be more than happy to create a custom listing for you.
